2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When the website is accessed, technically necessary data is transmitted to the provider's servers so that the page can be delivered.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing our offering securely and efficiently (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

Where personal data is transferred to the USA in this context, this takes place on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45, 46 GDPR).

When the website is accessed, information transmitted by your browser is automatically recorded:

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry is aimed at concluding or performing a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention periods prevent deletion.

5. Cookies, tracking and analytics

This website sets no cookies and stores no information on your device beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the site. There is no audience measurement, no analysis of usage behaviour and no profiling.

Because no access to information on your terminal equipment takes place beyond what is strictly necessary, consent under § 25 (1) TDDDG is not required. For the same reason this website needs no cookie banner.

6. Fonts and external content

All fonts used are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers, in particular not to Google Fonts. Your IP address is not transmitted to third parties in this context.

The website embeds no external video, maps, font services or social media content.

7. Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

Right to object under Art. 21 GDPR: you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
